Japan Tobacco Inc., of 2-2-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, does hereby provide notice that it claims proprietorship of the trade

tobacco; cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos; substances for smoking sold separately or blended with tobacco, none being for medicinal or
